Tom is new to Denmark, but not new to yoga: he found yoga 25 years ago and was immediately captured by its transformative benefits. After decades of practice and workshops in Denver, San Francisco and Bali, Tom received his first 200-hour teacher training in 2016.
For Tom, yoga is not just the practice of breathing, stretching, strengthening, and mindfulness, but also the difficult process of learning to love yourself and embracing the unique manifestation that is you. His devotion-filled classes are invigorating, stimulating, strong and nurturing as he creates a space filled with fun, focus, kindness, laughter, chanting, and great music to safely explore the lasting benefits of yoga.
Thomas is a Yoga Alliance 200-hr registered yoga teacher (RYT) whose practice is rooted in Power Yoga. He’s a native New Yorker and began his yoga journey 13 years ago at a funky little studio in Brooklyn. He loved how physically challenging yoga was and how it complimented his training as a runner. The mental benefits kept him returning to the mat. Thomas has trained with inspiring teachers in California and Hawaii where he studied the disciplines of ashtanga and acro-yoga. For the last 3.5 years, Thomas taught yoga in Africa where he shared the practice with yogis from across the globe and from all walks of life.
Thomas teaches an alignment-based, breath-centered Power Vinyasa. He designs his class from a holistic perspective through a full-body experience of movement with breath, muscle strength, and flexibility. Thomas hopes students leave his class feeling empowered, clear-minded, awakened, and sweaty!

With a background in Sound Design and music Cecilie facilitates Sound Baths and Meditation classes with a focus on deep listening. In her classes she guides you into meditation by playing overtone instruments such as crystal bowls, tuning forks and chimes, that without force will lower your nervous system from the sympathetic to the parasympathetic. You don’t have to wear swimsuits or goggles – you will be bathed in sounds – not water! You don’t have to be “good” at Sound Baths, meditation or music to gain the benefits of the sounds. Simply show up as you are, in comfortable clothes, lie down in savasana and feel how the vibrations from the sounds will ease your body, mind and soul into more balance.
