Breathing is the most important thing we’re doing in yoga. Come and learn different breathing techniques that have an assortment of wonderful health benefits. We start with breathing exercises followed by a deeper meditation.

YIN
Yin Yoga is a meditative class where passive, stretching postures are held for 3-5 minutes, and sometimes even longer. This creates a profound release of the body’s connective tissue (fascia). It's like deep, calming bodywork. Even though it can sometimes be challenging to stay still for so long, it’s a wonderful practice for those seeking peace and inner quiet.

SOUND BATH
Sound baths are relaxing, immersive experiences where you listen to soothing music. Come and be bathed in healing vibrations that help reduce stress and enhance relaxation. The musical instruments and sounds we use are Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, gongs, crystal singing bowls, bells, drums, cymbals and rain sticks. Come and enjoy this mesmerizing soundscape and immersive sound experience!

VINYASA
The classic Vinyasa flow yoga class where the movement between postures is synchronized with your breath. Here you are guided to transition through various sequences, helping you to develop an intuitive understanding of how your body can embrace these ancient shapes.

SLOWBURN
Slowburn is one of PYC's signature classes, which encourages moving inward, while you use your breath to flow from posture to posture with your eyes closed. This allows us to explore a deeper, healing connection between mind and body. Even though your eyes are closed, you will still get a good, sweaty workout.

KUNDALINI
An uplifting blend of spiritual and physical practices, Kundalini Yoga incorporates movement, dynamic breathing techniques, meditation, and the chanting of mantras, such as Sat Nam, meaning “truth is my identity.” The goal is to build physical vitality and increase consciousness.

SOFT
Take it easy and join this soft yoga flow class. Expect a calm and grounding practice that offers a combination of seated and standing postures that stretch both your body and mind. Great for beginners.

POWER (Free Flow)
Our signature class! Come and explore your own transformation through energetic movement and powerful breathing. Our experienced teachers are here to guide you into the art of flowing in your own tempo, as you connect your body and breath. Expect a fun, sweaty yoga class with plenty of movement, music and flow - it's almost like dancing! You will learn to understand the power of your own breath and work on calming the mind.

POWER (Guided Flow)
Enjoy dynamic movement and breathing in this fully guided power vinyasa class. Our teachers use creative flows inspired by Ashtanga Yoga as a way to unite your body, mind and breath. The focus is on strength-building and body awareness. Expect to be challenged!

This is our signature Power (Free Flow) yoga class with an extra 15 minutes. Come and explore your own transformation through energetic movement and powerful breathing. Expect a fun, sweaty yoga class with plenty of movement, music and flow - it's almost like dancing! HIP HOP FLOW (Free Flow)
This is a dynamic Power Vinyasa yoga class where we flow through our yoga sequences to hip-hop music. Forget your preconceived notions of what yoga is - in this class you'll hear everything from gangsta rap to old-school RnB tunes. It's very sweaty and lots of fun!

ROCKET
Vinyasa style of yoga with fun flows, inversions and plenty of sweat. A strong asana focused class inviting you to challenge yourself and play. Larry Schultz created the Rocket, a series of postures based on modifications of the traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Primary and Intermediate series. The Rocket series are designed to wake up the nervous system and feed it the precious prana it craves while promoting a spirit of change and freedom in the practice. The asana sequences are designed to invigorate and strengthen students with advanced postures while still staying accessible to all through modifications and practicing acceptance of the bodies’ present abilities. This is a fully guided class.

Core Power
This specialised class focuses on strengthening the core muscles and improving the internal support and stability of the body. Abdominal postures and breathing techniques are incorporated into this fully-guided class to strengthen the connection between the upper and the lower body. Sweaty and challenging - you will definitely feel it tomorrow!

Yin-Yang
A perfect Saturday afternoon Vinyasa class with sun salutes to get you warm and extra time to practice inversions and arm balances. The class finishes off with some quality Yin time for deep-tissue stretching and breathwork. Fully guided.

HARDCORE
The name says it all! This is an intense and challenging Power Vinyasa yoga workout for advanced students. We spend less time talking and more time flowing. We practice more complicated flows, with arm balances and inversions and how to transition between them.
