Ella

Laura
For Laura yoga is all about exploring her own limits – physically, mentally and spiritually.
Every time Laura steps on the mat, she discovers something new about her body and mind. That’s why her classes focus on leaving preconceptions behind, challenging oneself and discovering what we really are capable of.
In her classes, you’ll get the kick in your butt and the tickle in your heart you need, while flowing to fun, energetic tunes.
Laura is originally from Germany and although she loves Copenhagen, the cold weather is not really her cup of tea. During her time living in Australia, she acquired an unmistakable accent and lingo. G’day!
Laura graduated from her 200 Hours Vinyasa Yoga Alliance certified training from Power Yoga Copenhagen in 2020.

Christoph
Christoph found yoga in 2019 to balance a highly stressful period of his life. It was only when a dear friend convinced him to join PYC in 2020, however that he fell in love with yoga. The free flowing, dancelike transitions from one posture to the next, combined with music and strong holding poses spoke to him.
In June 2023 Christoph obtained his 200 hour YTT with Jonah Kest. In his flows Christoph often draws inspiration from his many years abroad in Africa and other places around the world. He loves telling stories, expanding people’s horizons and hopes to inspire more people to find yoga.

On her yoga mat, Tess cherishes the sacred space that is offered through yoga along with the love and gratitude it encourages.
In her classes, Tess promises an opportunity to establish a true and deep connection to the present moment and encourages you to be attentive to what arises up inside. Through her classes, you can expect dynamic and sweaty flows along with mediative-inspired asanas targeting your deep connective tissue.
On your mat, she encourages you to find your edge, explore your comfort zones, build that fire up inside of you and find that curiosity in mind, body, and breath.
