Yoga came to Tess before she knew she needed it. Leaving Wales for Denmark, Tess hoped to find a sense of freedom and independence, yet it was in the yoga studio that she truly established the feeling of freedom in both body and mind. On her yoga mat, Tess cherishes the sacred space that is offered through yoga along with the love and gratitude it encourages.
In her classes, Tess promises an opportunity to establish a true and deep connection to the present moment and encourages you to be attentive to what arises up inside. Through her classes, you can expect dynamic and sweaty flows along with mediative-inspired asanas targeting your deep connective tissue.
On your mat, she encourages you to find your edge, explore your comfort zones, build that fire up inside of you and find that curiosity in mind, body, and breath.

Astrid is curious, caring and an eternal optimist. She has practised yoga for 7 years and has a background in gymnastics. She fell in love the moment she was introduced to the yoga practice at PYC. The joy of moving to her own breath and the beats booming from the speakers created something truly special on the yoga mat. She has a 200-hour Yoga Alliance certificate from PYC, and it is her hope to give back some of the love and joy she has experienced over the years through yoga.
Astrid’s classes are uplifting, sweaty and explorative. You will be encouraged to go somewhere new, to explore and listen to your body, mind, and its limits of the day. Hopefully, you will discover that when you leave your mat you feel more empowered and with a bigger smile than when you stepped on to it!
