
Yoga For Mums-To-Be! December Course
As we lead up to Christmas time, come and join this four-week yoga course during December for you in your pregnancy!
Doing yoga while you’re pregnant is one of the best things you can do for yourself. This yoga course is for all mums-to-be, regardless of your yoga experience. It is safe and accommodating to all months of pregnancy, and is a precious preparation for proper breathing, hip opening, and lower spine and sciatic relief, soothing nerves, and emotional balance for the growing months of pregnancy.
Yoga connects you to your inner strength and gives you a powerful understanding of your own body as it goes through these changes. Yoga also helps to develop a deeper connection between you and your baby.
In prenatal yoga we work with breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, mental training, stretching, soft flows and standing postures, that are specifically designed to support and strengthen you while you are pregnant. You will get the proper workout for your body and also be able to release tension and stress.
This is a six-week course, and in each class we will explore a new theme and work with different areas of the body.
Open to all levels!
This course will be in either English or Danish, depending on what there is a need for.
When:
4 weeks, starting Saturday, December 1st
Every Saturday at 2.30pm-4pm
Price is 550kr for all four weeks

About Andrea Lund
Andrea is a pre- and postnatal yoga teacher who is fascinated by the female body and the amazing transformations it undergoes through life. She teaches restorative, prenatal, mama/baby and flow-based classes. For Andrea, yoga creates a space for acceptance, healing and curiosity, where there’s never a finished product, but always a process. Her aim is to create this caring and nurturing space for her students. When Andrea is not teaching yoga, she works as a massage therapist.
