Cacao Ceremony: Unleash Your Heart

Jeff Lester has had profound experiences working with the spirit of Cacao and cherishes the special privilege to share this with others as well.

The power and beauty of a Cacao Ceremony comes in large part from intention setting, group connection, and our willingness to join Mother Cacao on a deep, personal journey.

We will open the space by honouring the directions in which we want to go and ask permission to go on this profound journey. There will be a brief discussion on the background and practice of using Cacao as a heart opener, intention setting, music, singing, and meditation.
